Returns & Exchange

In Store Purchases 
Purchases may be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit only. A receipt or proof of purchase is required at the time of return, and we do not give cash refunds. All sale items are final sale. Items should be returned in unused condition with tags still attached. Some exceptions apply, please contact us at theansah.co@gmail.com regarding our return policy.
Online Purchases
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theansah.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to send us back your items at your own cost, unless there was an error with your order which was of our fault. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for any items that were purchased on sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchange/Store Credit/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you will be issued a store credit. If you wish to exchange for another item, please let us know when requesting a return so that we can reserve the item for you. Exchange items will not be sent until the return has been received. We do not offer direct refunds unless there was an error made on our end.
