Shipping, Pick-Up, & Delivery Policies

At this time, we offer shipping to Canada and the USA only. If you would like to have an item shipped to another country, please reach out to us at theansah.co@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

All items are shipped from Victoria, BC and all orders will come with tracking. Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is received. Please contact us if your order is time sensitive, we will do our best to accommodate - additional charges may apply.

If you do not see a shipping option that suits your needs, please contact us to arrange an alternative option.

We offer free shipping on orders over $125. All packages with free shipping or packages shipped with our standard flat rate option will be sent using the best carrier for your location. We typically use Canada Post, UPS or Purolator.

For USA orders: Please note that you may be charged additional taxes and duties upon delivery of your package. This is the sole responsibility of the package recipient. Charges are determined based on the item value, where it was made, and carriers may add processing fees.

All orders are eligible for in store pickup at no charge. Orders can be picked up Thursday - Sunday during our opening hours. You will receive a follow up email once your order is ready for pickup. 

We currently offer free delivery within Greater Victoria (anywhere between North Saanich - the Westshore). Free deliveries are typically made on Thursdays, however if you need it to arrive sooner, please contact us and we will try to accommodate.
