Artist, Mother, and Storyteller
Shelby Crowchild
Shelby Crowchild is a beadwork artist from the Tsuu T'ina Nation, now living on the WSANEC territories of Vancouver Island. She discovered beading at 17 as a young mother, turning it into a full-time business. Shelby proudly shows her daughters—and the world—that dreams, big or small, are always worth chasing.

Indigenous Art in Motion
The Craft
